We are Taking Small Steps to Make Earth Better Planet

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has a vision to spread the word of God to the ends of the earth. It is a Bible-believing church, where the teaching and missionary approach emphasize the proper conduct and moral behavior of people.
The church has an appeal to all types of people worldwide with a determination to teach people in their various geographical areas, stages of secular life, and levels of spiritual development. The General Overseer is Pastor E.A. Adeboye. The church was founded in 1952, and since then the church has grown to over 23,000 parishes worldwide (July 2011).
Presently, there are established missions in many African countries as well as Europe, Asia, the United States, the Caribbean, Canada, South America, and Australia. RCCG has also been involved in establishing schools, rehabilitation centers, child care centers, and support centers.

Church Pastors

Pastor Leke Banjo is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, characterized by his humility and unwavering conviction that Christ's sacrifice was for all humanity, not just a select few. He often emphasizes, "I do not believe in throwing human beings away." Whether individuals are difficult to please, hard to work with, or fragile in faith, Pastor Leke firmly believes in God's transformative power to change lives.
This deep-seated belief has driven him to become a passionate teacher of God's Word. Transitioning from his career as an engineer, he embraced God's calling to teach and minister. Over the years, he has taught in nearly all teaching ministries within the RCCG, including believer's baptismal classes and the Bible College.
In addition to his ministry work, Pastor Leke currently teaches mathematics at the high school level, combining his analytical background with his dedication to nurturing young minds.
Pastor Leke is happily married to his college sweetheart, Atinuke Omolewa Banjo, a dedicated registered nurse. Together, they have five wonderful children, creating a loving and faith-filled family.
